I just saw a sour cherry coffee cake on my friend’s blog and I had to make it. It’s totally delicious. You could even add more cherries than the recipe calls for. Recipe here: http://eatmakeread.com/2010/06/29/sour-cherry-coffee-cake/

I made sour cherry crisp – served with vanilla ice cream – it was great! This week, with the plums, we made David Leibowitz’s plum ice cream — mmmmm.
