Albuquerque Farm Tour

Today as part of the USDA’s Community Food Project Conference, we toured emerging urban farms of the southwestern valley area of Albuquerque. We met serveral young farmers who are reviving the traditional agricultural methods of their ancestors, producing enough fresh vegetables to feed their families, while also supplying local schools.
